ABOUT ANDREZA
Andreza joined the Redwood West team in March of 2023 to facilitate the administration workflow and assist the executives of RW.
She’s an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant supporting high-level executives. She is extremely dependable, organized, motivated, and goal oriented.
Her most significant commitment is to provide stellar administrative support to her team, helping them grow day after day. She approaches all aspects of her job with a positive and hard-working mindset and is passionate about helping find solutions to any challenges.
Andreza began her career with Wells Fargo Company, gaining experience in the financial industry, mastering her skillset in delivering outstanding customer services, and building long-term and trusted relationships.
Following Wells Fargo, Andreza worked as an Investor Relations and Executive Assistant to the CEO in a Real Estate Investment firm. While working there, she gained experience in Real Estate secured debt investment transactions in California, capital raise, lending, and eventually became an investor herself.
Andreza is a carioca girl, born and raised in Rio de Janeiro. Back in Brazil, she studied Dance, obtaining her diploma in Performing Arts, and was a professional ballerina for over ten years. Although Andreza is no longer performing professionally anymore, she is still passionate about ballet and taking dance classes, learning new languages, and going on adventures with her husband and her two little toddlers.
