Rachel Alcone joins the Redwood West team as the Chief Marketing Officer, bringing with her over a decade of experience in experiential marketing and branding.
Over the course of her career, Rachel has honed her ability to identify and craft a unique focus for the companies she has worked with by establishing finely curated digital touchpoints and purposeful experiential moments. Her focus is on constructing communication ecosystems that flow seamlessly between the company and their audience. Rachel has built out social media departments for many national organizations. Her expertise include digital strategy, brand management, consumer psychology, traditional marketing, research and analytics, and marketing events.
Additionally, Rachel has been trained in Applied Consumer Psychology Methods as well as forecasting future behaviors based on online footprints so that brands can build relationships with their customers. Her past clients include: Unilever, Nestle, CA Lottery, Skinny Cow, T- Mobile, Arby’s, Jägermeister, Yamaha, Hyundai, Ford Motor Company, Giant Foods, Food Lion, Disney, and Zales.
Rachel, a native of Orange County, graduated from U.C. Berkeley with a B.A. in Digital Media and Communications, with an emphasis in Psychology. She is thrilled to be joining a company that takes so much pride in investing and developing the community.
