Felix Metoyer has been with Red Wood West since 2024, serving as Head of Property Management.Felix has over 14 years of commercial real estate experience with a multitude of product types including office, retail, industrial, and transportation, as well as various commercial associations.
Prior to joining Red Wood West, Felix worked at Lincoln Property Company where he was responsible forall ground up development and construction projects out of Orange County, as well as a high profile, multi-year property management assignment for the City of Anaheim. Prior to working at Lincoln, Felix lead LBA Realty’s Inland Empire industrial team in the management of a 3.5 million square foot portfolio for owner, Morgan Stanley. During this time Felix gained significant experience in the areas of due diligence, development, tenant improvement / construction, refinance, and acquisitions / dispositions, while also being responsible for region wide RFP and portfolio construction bid projects.
Felix offers significant experience, adding project management & operational value, and has worked with a variety of private and institutional owners throughout his career such as Ambient Capital Partners, City of Anaheim,MetLife, Royal Bank of Scotland, Birtcher Anderson, G8 Capital, Goldman Sachs, LBA Partners, Global Logistics Properties, Liberty Property Trust, and CBREI. He has also been a long-time member of BOMA, has earned the LEED GA accreditation, and is licensed in the state of California.
Felix holds a B.A. in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from California StateUniversity Fullerton.
