Mark O’Connor

Mark has more than 10 years of experience with large accounting firms and several business categories. At PacWest he is responsible for overseeing performance and management of a portfolio of real estate assets including commercial, residential, office and marina properties. His analysis and insight help clients to maximize the value of their portfolios while minimizing risks for their investors. His work supports development of long-term strategies for the client’s growth. He is heavily involved with construction and development accounting as well as transaction due diligence services. Mark also oversees operational accounting and reporting functions for many of PacWest’s commercial and residential real estate clients.
